Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

To the full extent permitted by law, Spa Nirvana has a ‘No Refund’ policy on all purchases, including all deposits made and/or prepaid and/or redeemed service packages, of our Services, Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please note refunds are not provided if you simply ‘change your mind’. They are also non-transferrable to another service or person.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen situations may require you to reschedule or cancel an appointment, however we kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hour notice for any cancellation or alteration of a scheduled appointment, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this policy.
