Laser pigmentation treatment is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses light beams to break down pigmented cells in the skin, reducing the appearance of unwanted pigmentation. The treatment can help with:
  • Freckles
  • Age spots
  • Sun spots
  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), such as acne scars

Treatment benefits

• Lasers can target specific areas without damaging the surrounding skin.
• Laser treatments can stimulate collagen production, which can improve skin texture and tone, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
• Most patients can resume their normal activities immediately after treatment.
• Safe for all skin types: Laser technology can be adapted to different skin tones.
• Laser treatments can offer long-term results.

Treatment Information

After the treatment, the pigment will darken for 1-3 weeks before beginning to fade. Side effects include redness, tenderness, and mild swelling, but these should subside within a day or two. You should avoid rubbing or scratching the area, applying skincare products or makeup, and strenuous exercise.
